This Veterans Monument was built in Historic Downtown Hartsville on VFW property. Mr. & Mrs. Tommy Jones collected funds for this Monument to be built.

The Civil War reenactment in1996 went on in downtown Hartsville and it was a true reenactment with the original look of the Civil War. Please visit the Historic Museum located in the Hartsville Chamber of Commerce which is the Old Train Depot, their address is 240 Broadway Hartsville, Tenn.

Russell's Popcorn, which was once the Methodist Church in Hartsville became James and Annie Bell Russell's popcorn business and they delivered and shipped popcorn from this location all over the world.
